International Technology Expert Survey
ITE survey is conducted every two years. The aim is to bring the voices of the international technology experts living in Finland into the public debate around the future of Finland and the technology industry. In addition, the survey is used in the wider development of the advocacy work conducted by TEK and the Association of Professional Engineers in Finland (Insinööriliitto).

Akava (Confederation of Unions for Professional and Managerial Staff in Finland) and TEK as its member union do not approve of the Government's proposed legislative amendments concerning the dismissal of employees on personal grounds. According to the proposal, a valid reason would suffice for terminating an employment contract in the future. Akava and TEK emphasise that current legislation and established case law provide a basis for employee job security.
