International Technology Expert Survey

ITE survey is conducted every two years. The aim is to bring the voices of the international technology experts living in Finland into the public debate around the future of Finland and the technology industry. In addition, the survey is used in the wider development of the advocacy work conducted by TEK and the Association of Professional Engineers in Finland (Insinööriliitto).

Respond to the 2026 survey

The 2026 ITE survey is open until 27th August. This year, the topical questions cover the subjects of values and language learning. The repeated questions cover employment situations and opinions, feelings of equality and integration and thoughts on Finland’s future.

While this survey is sent to members of TEK and Insinööriliitto, we strongly encourage sharing it amongst international coworkers, friends or networks consisting of those educated or working in the field of technology.

2024: Finland drives out international experts

In past years, the survey results have been widely covered in Finnish media and have been a vital resource in the advocacy work of TEK and Insinööriliitto.
