Labore study: Doctors reach high salaries, but slower than before
According to a recent study, people with doctoral degrees still have higher salaries than those with a lower-level degree. However, the labour market has cooled off significantly for doctors since the early 2000s. This can be seen in, for example, slower postdoctoral salary trends and slower salary trends than people with master’s degrees.

According to surveys conducted by TEK in the autumn of 2023, AI tools have been adopted faster in studies than in working life. Respondents in working life, on the other hand, are very confident about the continuation of their own employment despite the increasing use of AI tools.
