The 2025 labour market survey by TEK reveals a wide salary spread even among roles of the same level. The gap between the highest and lowest earners is widest at the senior management level.

Among those who graduated in 2025, 89% of academic engineers and architects say they would choose the same degree again. Satisfaction was particularly high among graduates with a university of applied sciences background. TEK is urging employers in the technology industry to have the courage to employ young people.
