Best doctoral thesis of the year improves speed and accuracy of quantum computers
The award for the best doctoral thesis of the year goes to Eric Hyyppä. The best master’s thesis (diplomityö) has potentially created a way to use the waste heat from quantum computers. The best master’s thesis (pro-gradu) on the other hand will benefit medical imaging. TEK, TFiF and MAL will award the theses today.
