✅ Reduce waiting times by hiring more healthcare professionals and utilizing digital services.
✅ Establish low-threshold service points where help is available without complex bureaucracy.
✅ Invest in preventive healthcare to address issues early and reduce costly specialized care queues.

2. Mental Health and Wellbeing First – Help When You Need It
Residents’ concerns:

Young people and adults struggle to access timely mental health support.
Social services are difficult to access due to bureaucracy.
Elderly people experience loneliness, and too few receive proper care services.
Solutions:

✅ Make social services more user-friendly and less bureaucratic.

To bring more strength to Sipoo by increasing economic activity and life quality in the village centers we have. Sipoo is growing fast, so this I aim to achieve by i.e. finding more remote work spaces, improving intra-Sipoo transport connections and supporting the swimming hall plans in Nikkilä.
