Krista Kosonen: Creativity requires courage

How can we make better decisions in a world where there is either too much information — or too little? And how can we recognize our intuition and find the courage to trust it?

At this special evening event, keynote speaker and actor Krista Kosonen will explore, in an inspiring and honest way, the importance of intuition, empathy, and courage in creative work and in life more broadly.

The evening will be hosted by actor Elina Aalto.

During the evening, we will explore the very essence of what makes us human: empathy and intuition. Krista explains how intuition is neither mysticism nor simply a feeling, but a lightning-fast form of information processing based on experience and observation. She illustrates why emotional intelligence, presence, and creativity are among the most essential skills for the future of work — including in technical fields.

The evening’s topics are:

  1. The essence of humanity: Empathy and intuition
  2. Creativity and courage
  3. The creative process and “Trust the Process”

Creativity and courage are also central themes of the evening. In her talk, Krista offers an honest look at the reality of the creative process: uncertainty, unfinished work, and moments when nothing seems to work. At the same time, she reminds us that courage is not the absence of fear, but the willingness to act despite it. Participants will gain practical insights into how to nurture creativity and how courage grows through action.

Krista will also share candid experiences of uncertainty and failure throughout her career as a freelance actor — from facing constant rejection to confronting shame and learning how to turn these experiences into strengths. She will share practical techniques for managing nervousness, strengthening presence, and learning to see your own potential in a new light.

The evening’s central message is both comforting and empowering: we are not alone in our experiences. When we dare to remain open, face uncertainty, and trust our intuition, we create space for growth, new insights, and better decisions.

This special evening event will offer participants:

  • A deeper understanding of the role of intuition in decision-making
  • Tools to strengthen courage and creativity
  • Practical techniques for managing nervousness and uncertainty
  • New perspectives on self-awareness and the essential skills of the future workplace

Welcome to an inspiring evening where you can discover the power of intuition in your everyday life!
