Join an interview with Recruiter of the Year 2025, Sanna Frisk, on how recruitment is evolving with the rise of AI and what these changes mean from a job seeker’s perspective. We will discuss how ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) work, what makes a CV effective for both systems and human readers, and how AI can be used responsibly to analyze job advertisements, articulate skills, draft CVs and cover letters.

You will have the opportunity to submit questions when registering for the event. Questions must be submitted by the 9.10 the latest. The interview will be based on questions submitted by participants, together with selected questions prepard by TEK's career coaches. We will also have a chat available during the interview, where we will pick some live questions for Sanna to answer. Please note that not all questions—whether submitted in advance or asked via the chat—can  be answered directly during the webinar.
