Frank Martela, PhD, is a philosopher and researcher of psychology working as an assistant professor at Aalto University dedicated to finding better answers to questions such as how leaders can create conditions where employees thrive. He is an internationally recognized expert on motivation, well-being, and sense of meaningfulness and how leaders, organizations, and nations can support them.

Her research focuses on the future of work in global organizations -- how to design thriving collaborations for better employee health, creativity, and innovativeness in global virtual work.
