Leadership without borders – Leading distributed teams in a changing world

Leading distributed teams in a changing world Work no longer takes place in a single location, a single culture, or even within a single time zone. Distributed teams have become the norm — but effective leadership in this reality does not emerge automatically.

This event explores how to build well-functioning, motivated, and high-performing distributed teams in a rapidly changing world. What does good leadership look like when colleagues, partners, and clients are spread across Finland and the globe? How are trust, collaboration, and a sense of community created without a shared physical everyday environment?
