TEK Graduate Survey results 2025
Newly graduated academic engineers and architects remain satisfied with their degrees. Among those who graduated in 2025, 89% of academic engineers and architects say they would choose the same degree again. Satisfaction was particularly high among graduates with a university of applied sciences background. According to a labour market survey conducted by Academic Engineers and Architects in Finland TEK, the median salary of current employees who graduated with a Master of Science in Technology in 2025 was EUR 4,000, while the average salary was EUR 4,193.
