Budget talks bring hope for the unemployed, but retreat on RDI funding is a disappointment
Easing the ability to study while receiving unemployment benefits is an excellent decision from the government’s budget negotiations. However, curbing the growth of RDI (Research, Development, and Innovation) funding unnecessarily hampers growth and productivity.
