Opening hours at the turn of the year
During December and January, there will be the following exceptions to our opening hours. Our services may experience slight delays during the holiday season. Thank you for your understanding!
- Thu 11 December: open until 14:00
- Tue 23 December: open until 12:00 (salary counseling closed)
- 24–26 December: closed
- Wed 31 December: open until 14:00 (salary counseling closed)
- Thu 1 January: closed
- Mon 5 January: open until 14:00
- Tue 6 January: closed
Lounges:
- Lappeenranta Lounge: open according to LUT’s opening hours
- Pasila Lounge: closed 23 Dec–1 Jan
- Tampere Lounge: open according to Kampusareena’s opening hours
- Turku Lounge: open according to Aurum’s opening hours; access permits will not be updated or created between 23 Dec–5 Jan and 9–20 Jan.
Please note that our regional specialists will not be available in the Lounges during the holiday period.

TEK's main office in Helsinki
TEK's main office is located in Helsinki, Eastern Pasila (in Finnish, Itä-Pasila). The office is in the light brown Insinöörit–Ekonomit building, Ratavartijankatu 2 A, 9th floor. TEK's event facilities are located in the same building, 3rd floor.
Opening hours: Our office and switchboard are open on working days 9.00–16.00 (in July 9.00–15.00).

Arrival: The office is close to the Pasila train station. It is also easy to reach by tram or bus. Here you can see the location of the office on the map.
The building's main entrance (door A) is facing the Junailijanaukio plaza. Junailijanaukio plaza is reserved for pedestrians and it is above the normal street level; use the stairs in Ratavartijankatu street to get to Junailijanaukio. The entrance will be on your left.
When arriving, take the elevator from the ground floor to the 9th floor. Check in on the 9th floor, at the info desk. The event facilities are on the 3rd floor, where you enter the building.
