Susanna Bairoh, TEK’s Research Manager, will discuss income differences between men and women in STEM. Spoiler: this isn’t a ghost story – it’s happening right here in Finland.

Virve Murto, TEK’s Researcher, will shine a light (no jack-o’-lanterns needed!) on the experiences of international STEM experts in Finland. Do they feel at home? Do they feel equal to their Finnish peers?

Susanna Bairoh is Research Manager at TEK, leading its research activities and team. With over 20 years of experience, she specializes in gender equality, diversity, and inclusion in technology and has conducted numerous projects on these themes with universities and partners.
