TEK and Suomen Ekonomit invited their international members and returned expats to celebrate the 100-year-old Finland together in Ravintola Kaisaniemi in Helsinki on the 18th May.

The event was organised by TEK (Academic Engineers and Architects in Finland) and Suomen Ekonomit (The Finnish Business School Graduates).

The keynote speaker of the event was the successful Finnish photographer Jere Hietala, who has been working with famous brands and people around the world. In his very interesting presentation he was telling about his life, work and values.

People stayed to network, enjoying the atmosphere and the good company, long time after the official program had ended.

Panelists were hosting small group discussions after the panel.

The event got very positive feedback. Participants were wishing that TEK would organise more similar kinds of seminars and networking occasions where international people and Finnish TEK members can meet each other.
