Akava and TEK do not accept the proposed changes to dismissal on personal grounds
Akava (Confederation of Unions for Professional and Managerial Staff in Finland) and TEK as its member union do not approve of the Government's proposed legislative amendments concerning the dismissal of employees on personal grounds.
