Your CV is one of the most important tools in your job search. In this online training you will build your CV step by step and learn how to tailor it to the roles and opportunities that interest you.
Throughout the training, you will identify your key strengths, clarify your professional direction, and learn how to present your experience and expertise in a way that is relevant to your target roles. You will gain practical tools for selecting and prioritizing content, describing your skills and achievements, and creating a clear and compelling CV structure.
As part of the training, you will have the opportunity to receive feedback from a TEK career coach on key sections of your CV, such as your profile summary and work experience description. Career coaches will support you throughout the training until 23 October. You will also have the opportunity to exchange thoughts and experiences with other participants.
The course content is available in multiple languages through automatic translation and you can choose your preferred language when entering the course. The online material will remain available to you until 6 November 2026. Participation is flexible and self-paced. To get the greatest benefit from the training, we encourage you to work on your own CV alongside the learning materials and apply what you learn directly to your job search.

Make It Concrete and Tailored
In this section, you will learn how to select the most relevant content for your CV, analyze job advertisements from an employer’s perspective, and identify which skills and experiences to emphasize in different situations.
