What inspired you to pursue this field?

My journey into technology began with curiosity – a curiosity to learn more when I was first introduced to Salesforce and Marketing Cloud. What started as an interest soon turned into a passion for understanding how technology can make marketing smarter and more personalized. I realized that in this field, learning never stops – and every challenge opens a new path of discovery. That sense of exploration and continuous growth continues to inspire me every day.

Have you found your work / being in tech to be equal and inclusive?

I’m a people-oriented professional who believes that true inclusion starts with how we make others feel. Throughout my career – across various companies, my engagement with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud community, and my current role at Elisa – I started as a Solution Owner and, within seven months, took on the additional roles of Product Owner and Privacy Champion. The company provides opportunities for growth and learning while fostering a warm and inclusive environment where employees are welcomed and supported.
