The TEK Mentoring Programme 2026 follows a traditional mentoring model, where a more experienced professional (mentor) provides career support and guidance to another person (mentee).

The programme offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and thinking together with another professional in the field of engineering.

Mentoring supports you in clarifying your career goals, strengthening your expertise, and exploring new perspectives on working life. For mentors, the programme offers a chance to support another TEK member by listening, asking reflective questions, and sharing their own experience.

Mentoring is often a two-way process where both mentor and mentee learn and develop.

How to apply

Welcome to apply! Applications open on 12 August 2026 and close on 13 September 2026.

  • We aim to match participants as well as possible, so please provide detailed information about your background and mentoring goals. This helps ensure the best possible start to the mentoring process.
  • The programme is virtual, so you can participate from anywhere in the world. You may tell us if you wish to meet your mentoring pair in person.

We will inform applicants of the selection results at the end of October.
