In Spring, the International Technology Expert survey was conducted for the second year by TEK and the Union of Professional Engineers in Finland (Insinööriliitto). The aim was to give a platform to the combined voice of our international members to Finnish society and policy makers, in turn to hopefully shape a Finland better for all.
Questions covered topics such as job situation and satisfaction, perceived integration and equality, and overall views of Finland as a long-term home. With over 750 responses, the answers provide key insight into the direction that Finland is moving for this highly educated, vitally important group.
At the webinar, the results of the survey will be presented by TEK researcher Virve Murto, before the union recommendations based on them are discussed by TEK Project Manager, Owain Hopeaketo. There will be time to ask questions after the presentations.
The webinar is open for everyone interested, welcome along!
The results are also published in Finnish on 26th August, read more here.
