In this salary session, you’ll get an up-to-date overview of TEK’s labor market research salary data straight from an expert. You’ll learn how to use this research data, for example, in salary negotiations, when changing jobs, or to support your own career choices. At the same time, you’ll get to know the tools offered by TEK, such as the Salary Calculator, and how to get the most out of them.
There will also be an opportunity to ask questions during the event. You can submit questions in advance via the registration form—they will be addressed as part of the presentation whenever possible.
TEK’s labor market survey is based on information provided by our members and offers the most comprehensive picture of the salaries of Master of Science in Engineering graduates, architects, and other TEK members in Finland.
