Leadership doesn’t happen in strategy documents – it happens in everyday moments. At the coffee machine, in a team meeting, during a difficult conversation, or in that moment when you need to find the courage to make a decision. But do we recognize these moments? And do we dare to act when they arise?

During the evening, we will explore:

  • where leadership really happens
  • the choices leaders make, often without even realizing it
  • how our own motivations, well-being and power dynamics influence our behaviour
  • why, in times of uncertainty, it is our everyday leadership actions that make the real difference

Leadership isn’t about keeping everyone happy – it’s about having the courage to address difficult issues and make decisions when doing so feels uncomfortable.

What will you gain from participating?

  • Practical insights for your everyday work as a manager
  • Greater clarity on what is genuinely expected of you – and what isn’t
  • The courage to make better leadership choices in uncertain times
