In August, the second International Technology Expert survey between TEK and the Union of Professional Engineers in Finland was published, showcasing the voices of our international members in both the good and bad aspects of Finland.

To continue our advocacy efforts following the survey, you are invited to take part in the International Expert Advocacy Forum, a workshop style event aimed at gathering thoughts on the actions and policies we should push for in our advocacy work. We will also discuss the actions we are taking based on the survey and event.

  • 17:00 - Doors open
  • 17:30 - Opening words
  • 17:45 - Topic One: External advocacy and societal influencing
  • 18:45 - Break
  • 19:00 - Topic Two: Internal union actions and support
  • 20:00 - Event ends

The forum is held in TEK's event spaces (Ratavartijankatu 2 A, 00520 Helsinki) and online. There will be time to both give your views and to hear from others, and food will be served at the live event.

The event is for members of TEK or Insinööriliitto (The Union of Professional Engineers in Finland). There are 50 spaces available for each union at the live event, with no limit online. The sign-up closes on Tuesday 18.11. at 23:45.
