CV on yksi työnhaun tärkeimmistä dokumenteista. Rakenna CV, joka tukee työnhakuasi -verkkovalmennuksessa hiot CV:si rakennetta niin, että tärkein osaamisesi nousee esiin. Saat käytännön työkaluja CV:si kärjen kirkastamiseen ja sisällön rajaamiseen. Opit tekemään CV:ssä olennaisia valintoja ja kohdentamaan CV:si erilaisiin rooleihin.
Uravalmentajat ovat tukenasi valmennuksessa 23.10. asti ja kommentoivat halutessasi CV:si profiilitekstiä ja työkokemuksen kuvausta. Lisäksi voit vaihtaa ajatuksia muiden valmennukseen osallistuvien kanssa.
Valmennuksen sisällöt ovat käytössäsi 6.11.2026 saakka. Valmennuksessa toimiminen on itsenäistä ja joustavaa. Saat valmennuksesta parhaan hyödyn, kun varaat sille aikaa, osallistut aktiivisesti ja työstät CV:täsi valmennuksen aikana.
Your CV is one of the most important tools in your job search. In this online training you will build your CV step by step and learn how to tailor it to the roles and opportunities that interest you.
Throughout the training, you will identify your key strengths, clarify your professional direction, and learn how to present your experience and expertise in a way that is relevant to your target roles. You will gain practical tools for selecting and prioritizing content, describing your skills and achievements, and creating a clear and compelling CV structure.
As part of the training, you will have the opportunity to receive feedback from a TEK career coach on key sections of your CV, such as your profile summary and work experience description. Career coaches will support you throughout the training until 23 October. You will also have the opportunity to exchange thoughts and experiences with other participants.
The online material will remain available to you until 6 November 2026. Participation is flexible and self-paced. To get the greatest benefit from the training, we encourage you to work on your own CV alongside the learning materials and apply what you learn directly to your job search.
