The content of the agreement will be presented in more detail after it has been discussed by the administrations of the negotiating parties next week.
The Federation of Professional and Managerial Staff YTN and Technology Industries of Finland reached an agreement on the collective agreement of senior salaried technology employees in the evening of Thursday 6 February. The agreement covers a total of over 60,000 senior salaried employees.
The result of the negotiation will be discussed by the administrations of the parties next week and the content of the agreement will be presented in more detail afterwards.
