Sanna Frisk
The 2025 Recruiter of the Year award at Rekrygaala has been presented to Sanna Frisk. Sanna works at the Nordea Group, hiring professionals for IT roles in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Poland. Sanna is passionate about developing recruitment processes and the candidate experience. She has been involved in training HR professionals in the national HENRY ry Recruitment Network from 2018 to 2024. Alongside her work, she develops her own expertise through reading, training, and mentoring international professionals.
