Antti-Jussi Ämmälä
Antti-Jussi Ämmälä is a specialist in psychiatry, Chief Medical Quality Officer, and a pioneer in digital care pathways. He currently works at Terveystalo, where he focuses on improving the effectiveness and quality of healthcare in Finland. His core responsibility is to monitor and continuously enhance the quality, impact, and safety of treatments and examinations provided at Terveystalo. As part of this work, Ämmälä’s team has developed Terveystalo’s digital care pathways and carried out long-term, successful initiatives to reduce sickness absence across Finland.
