A LAWYER at your service - legal matters of working life

As a TEK member you will get advice on legal matters regarding your job for free. You can, for example, have your employment or managerial contract checked or receive advice in case of layoffs or redundancies. 

You can contact our lawyers by filling a contact form. Please make sure you attach relevant documents to your contact request. Our lawyers will then answer your questions by phone or email. You can also set up a personal appointment.

The employee representative for managerial employees will help you with any problems at your job and in negotiations with your employer. In difficult negotiations, TEK's lawyers will help you.

ADVICE ON FAMILY AND INHERITANCE LAW

As a TEK member, you have access to advice and counselling on family and inheritance law from our lawyers in the following matters:

  • Wills

Starting a new job?

As a member you can obtain a model contract and individual advice about salaries and other terms of employment, as well as information on the changes in taxation.
