After more than 15 years in the technology arena, Oscar embarked on a mission to help people in technology companies present better, inspire others, and sell more. Today, Oscar works as a Senior Sales Engineer at Ubisecure, in which he hosts the podcast “Let’s Talk About Digital Identity” and leads the company’s product training program. Since 2014, Oscar hosts Time to Shine, a podcast show in public speaking. He has also contributed as speaking coach in several TEDx events.
During the event Oscar will also shed light on how he ended up in Finland and his perspective on the Finnish work culture. He will discuss the skills and knowledge that have proven instrumental in navigating the Finnish job market and in his career.

With more than 15 years in the technology arena, today Oscar helps Ubisecure customers and partners unleash the potential of Customer Identity and Access Management. Ubisecure helps organizations manage and secure people's digital identities, which translates into stronger businesses. As a Senior Sales Engineer he runs product demos, support customers and partners, lead the IAM Academy training program and host "Let's Talk About Digital Identity" podcast.
Since 2014, Oscar hosts Time to Shine, the pioneer podcast show in public speaking. He has also contributed as speaking coach in several TEDx events. Oscar is also the author of the books "Rock the Tech Stage" and "Create and Deliver a Killer Product Demo" and host of the public speaking podcast “Time to Shine”.
